ENROLMENT FORM

Individuals involved at one or the other level of building supervision, design, procurement, management as products and services suppliers in relation with the physical working environment will find numerous resources within IFMA's broad organization as well as continuous support.

If you wish to become a member of IFMA-Montreal, just fill in the following form. It will be forwarded directly to the organization's head office in Houston, Texas, through electronic mail.

MEMBER CATEGORIES

Professional(non-transferable)
This category applies to professionals and teachers who have main responsibility of coordinating, providing and/or who are in charge of teaching at least two of the following fields of study:
  • Long-term Facility Planning (Strategic Planning)
  • Annual Facility Planning (Tactical Planning)
  • Facility Forecasts and Budgets
  • Acquisition and/or Disposal of Real Estate
  • Interior Planning, Technical Features of Physical Working Environment's as well as Space and Facility Management
  • Architectural Design and Planning
  • Health & Safety, Environment
  • Engineering
  • New Construction and/or Renovation Work
  • Maintenance and Management of Facilities' Activities
  • Commercial and Administrative Functions of Facilities
Associate(Transferable)

This category is designed for individuals having the following responsibilities: sales, marketing or business development, and thus, as consultants, manufacturer's representatives, salespersons, brokers or distributors of products and services dedicated to facilities. It is the organization which is a member. However, membership is made in the name of the individual who represents the company. The organization can allocate or transfer the membership to other members of its staff.

Student

This category is for candidates who are presently in school and who are registered in full-time programs (12-hour per semester) in the field of facility management or in one related field of study, and thus, in a recognized college or university. The membership belongs to the individual and follows this person from one category to the other.

Retired

This category is for members in good standing of the Professional and Associate categories when they definitely leave their full-time jobs to go on retirement. If a Retired member returns to a full-time job, he or she can be part of a category suited to his or her current situation.

MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
